◆ According to the consumer protection regulations of the Republic of China, online shoppers are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period/hesitation period from the date of arrival of the goods, but consumable products (such as food) have special properties, so the company will reserve returns. or the right to exchange or not.
◆ After receiving the package, please make sure that the product specifications and quantity are the same as the one you ordered.
◆ If you have any doubts about the package or product you received, please keep the integrity of the product, package and invoice you received. If you find that the product is wrong or defective, please upload a photo of the product's condition to the company's customer service mailbox info@roots-foods.com within 7 days , and we will handle it for you as soon as possible. After confirming the condition of the product, our customer service staff will replace it for you within 3 working days.

【Precautions before returning, exchanging, and accepting wrong products】

  1. Once the product is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep the original packaging and integrity of the product. Please submit an application within 7 days after the arrival of the goods. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
  2. Returned goods must be brand new and return the package intact (including but not limited to products, accessories, gifts, packaging, original cartons and invoices), otherwise it will affect your return rights or be responsible for the cost of damage. If the product is not properly packaged, the product itself or its original packaging is damaged, and no return or exchange will be accepted.
  3. If the order amount does not reach the free shipping threshold due to the return, the refund amount will be deducted from the logistics cost. The free shipping standard is subject to the commodity activity at the moment when the order is established.
  4. The appearance of the container will not affect the quality of the product itself due to minor contamination or depression during transportation.
  5. Different devices have different monitors, resulting in a deviation in color, which is not a defect, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  6. If it is not the replacement of defective or wrong products, the return shipping fee for replacement shall be borne by the buyer, please forgive me.

【In the following cases, please do not accept returns and exchanges】

  1. Exceed the seven-day appreciation period stipulated by the consumer protection regulations of the Republic of China (starting from the day after the arrival date, including holidays).
  2. In case of unpacking or shortage, returns will not be accepted.
  3. The product is damaged and deteriorated due to the wrong way of storage by consumers. (Please refer to the packaging instructions for storage precautions: the product should be stored in a dry and cool place at room temperature, avoid collision and high temperature or direct sunlight; after opening the bottle, it should be refrigerated before use, and drink it as soon as possible)

【Return and Exchange Handling Process】

  1. If you want to return or exchange the goods, please upload a photo of the product condition to the company's customer service mailbox info@roots-foods.com to contact us within 7 days  , and indicate the orderer's name, contact number, order number, reason for return and exchange .
  2. Once the customer service staff confirms the condition of the product, we will reply to you within 3 working days and send a courier to pick up the item. The first pickup fee will be paid by Youyuan Haoshi. At that time, please pack the returned and exchanged goods properly and attach the invoice or document.
  3. Due to the uncertain situation of the dispatched car by the logistics company, it may affect the actual dispatch time for the car to be picked up. Before receiving the package, the logistics company may contact you, please keep the phone open and do not reject the unknown caller ID.
  4. The company will inspect the returned merchandise, which takes 3 working days.
  5. If the product is judged to be defective, the return and exchange will be accepted unconditionally within seven days, and you do not need to bear any costs.
  6. If the product is checked and accepted correctly, Youyuan Haoshi will apply to the bank for a refund or cancellation of authorization.
  7. If there is any problem with the inspection of the returned goods, the refund operation will be suspended, and the customer service staff will take the initiative to contact you.

【Refund method and operation process】

After confirming receipt of your returned product and the integrity of the product, we will immediately process the refund for you. There are three ways to refund:

  1. If the payment method you used is credit card, Web ATM, we will directly refund to your account, and the refund process will take 5 working days.
  2. If your payment method is LINEPAY, we will transfer a refund to your account within 10-14 business days.
  3. ​​Cash on delivery, supermarket code: Please provide the refund account information and refund to the payer's physical financial account. The refund operation takes 5 working days.
